Mamma mia, anOTHER BOOK??

Hellooo friends! Remember me? I’m Kaitlyn, I write books, used to email you monthly with updates on them? I know it’s been a while (since last year), but I’m emerging from a bit of a hiatus/hibernation in the proverbial writing cave/post-hibernation recovery, and so happy to see you again! Even better, I come bearing NEWS. It’s like I’m Ariana Madix and you’re the Islanders and you’re all about to yell “I GOT A TEEEXT!” except this text isn’t about to ruin your budding relationship with whatever new demonic plot twist the producers have cooked up. What, your brain isn’t suffering the effects of Love Island USA fever? Can’t relate!

NEW BOOK ANNOUNCEMENT!

It feels like it’s been ages since I’ve been able to tell you about a new book of mine, which is probably because it took me ages (in Kaitlyn time) to write this next one. There were many stops and starts and tears and sleepless nights and a whole different premise that got abandoned, etc etc, over the last 2+ years while I’ve worked on the second half of the 2-book deal in which Wild About You was sold. It was originally (& lucky for me, loosely) slated to come out this summer, but because my editor & publisher are so very understanding and patient and didn’t make me rush a book that took extra time to come into being, it’ll be hitting shelves in summer 2026!

That still feels like forever from now, I know 😅 but publishing timelines are complex and drawn-out and, yknow, sometimes I have to remind myself that releasing a book every year is (for me + many other folks) A LOT…but that’s a topic for another day. Point is! After much struggle, my fourth book is nearly done—just turned in copyedits!—and will be in your hands before we know it. And that means I can finally start to share bits and pieces!!! Such as the title!!!!! Allow me to introduce you to the HOTTEST new bombshell to enter the Kaitlyn Hill Books Villa…

ANCIENT HISTORY BETWEEN US!

If there’s one thing I’m gonna do, it’s make a book title with WORDPLAY! Lots of ~ancient history~ (and lots in general lol) going on in this fun, adventure-filled romance, and I’m so so so excited to share more about it in the weeks and months to come. For now, I can give you a lil sneak peak at the plot—not an official blurb or back cover copy, so if you’re like “go girl give us nothing,” don’t worry! All will be revealed…eventually, in gradual increments, based on the instructions from my publisher and/or my own whims!
